You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging and you must keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Returns

You can submit an online return form on, either by login in with your customer account or by creating one. Please give the return reason, the item condition, and the resolution you wish for the problem (refund or replace). An admin will check your request and inform you if the product can be sent back.


Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
If your return is definitely approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or your original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs

In the first instance, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Afterwards, the store owner's will refund you the shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
